We aim to offer accessible care while prioritizing the well-being and effective treatment of our clients. Therefore, our telehealth policy is designed to balance convenience with the need for strong therapeutic foundations:

• Initial Appointments: All initial appointments must be conducted in person. This allows for a comprehensive assessment and the development of a personalized treatment plan.

• Post-Initial Sessions: After the initial in-person appointment, the possibility of telehealth sessions will be discussed and determined, when clinically appropriate, in collaboration with the client.

• Children Follow-Up Recommendations: While telehealth may be available for follow-up appointments, in-person visits are strongly recommended for children under 18 to facilitate optimal engagement and care.
